Miller Legal Services was designed for your needs, keeping your family in mind.

If anything happens to you or your partner, you want to make sure your children are taken care of in the way you want by the people you choose.  You want your assets to be distributed according to your wishes.  You don’t want to worry about what will happen in the event of death or incapacitation.

I offer attorney-reviewed estate planning documents online for a flat fee. Miller Legal Services offers a better way to meet your estate planning needs.  You get the benefit of legal counsel without ever setting foot in a lawyer’s office.  I review every document to make sure it meets your individual needs and reflects your wishes.  Even with a legal review of each document, I charge a fraction of the cost to consult an attorney face-to-face.  How is Miller Legal Services different than an online will service such as LegalZoom?

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Please note that the price for document drafting includes guidance and legal advice related to drafting the documents.  As the client, you will complete an online questionnaire which will provide me with the information needed to draft your estate planning documents.

In most cases, you will select your documents, complete the online questionnaires, and preview the documents before paying for your documents by credit card.  After paying for your documents, I will review them and consult with you as necessary.  I am also happy to answer your questions throughout the process.  Once the documents have been completed, you will receive them in .pdf format along with instructions on how to execute each document.

It is a simple process to execute the documents, generally they need to either be witnessed or notarized.  This final step of completing the documents can be done at your convenience.
